A Message from Kevin Hamilton
As a researcher in the arts and humanities, your work not only expands knowledge in your field and advances the university's mission, it also helps make discovery and innovation in other fields possible.
By illuminating, redefining, and transforming the conditions of collective human life, you help shape and express what we value as a society – and sometimes, your research and artmaking redefine discovery itself.
I’m honored to make that case regularly in my role in the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation. Together with that office's brilliant staff, I advocate for your work, introduce it to others, and work with the colleges and institutes on campus to ensure the best possible conditions for you and your work to thrive. My team and I look forward to connecting with you and supporting your endeavors.
- Kevin Hamilton
Associate Vice Chancellor for Research & Innovation – Humanities, Arts, and Related Fields
